During this Breakfast Briefing, we will look at where APNs have been used, what are they and how they can be challenged. We will also look at the unsuccessful attempts to set them aside in cases of in Rowe v HMRC and Vital Nut where the Court of Appeal upheld HMRC’s use of APNs and Partner Payment Notices.
