Chipping Norton

SPG Forum is the essential conference for insolvency practitioners, restructuring experts and their staff in small and medium sized practices.

“In the 43 years I have been in the profession, this has been the best conference I have ever attended especially for: technical content, relevance, quality of speakers and overall delivery”

This year's SPG Forum will take place at the stunning Heythrop Park Resort, set in 440 acres of quintessential English countryside. Parts of the luxury estate date back to 1710 and the resort boasts an 18 hole golf course, health club & spa together with state of the art conference facilities. The resort is situated in Enstone, 30 minutes by road from Oxford and Banbury train stations.

Programme and speakers

At the Forum, you'll hear from a host of speakers that have been specially selected for their expertise and specialisms in small or medium sized businesses to keep you fully informed of recent professional and technical developments essential to the SPG community.

Will Butler-Adams

Keynote Speaker: Will Butler-Adams

Brimming with energy and big ideas, the boss of London-made Brompton Bicycle and Brompton Bike Hire disrupts comfortable thinking in order to create innovation.

As Britain’s biggest bike producer, the London-made Brompton brand has been steered to new heights with Will at the handle-bars. After joining its founder and inventor Andrew Ritchie in 2002, Will has excelled the business from 24 to 280 staff, launched a Brompton bicycle hire scheme, and introduced his powerful vision for the future of cycling (‘its future is electric’) to spearhead a new surge in British manufacturing.

Driven by his dream to see 40% of people cycling in London by the time he hits 80, it is not surprising that Will is in the Evening Standard’s Progress 1000 list of influentials.

Will is also one of the champions of the Make It In Great Britain campaign, trustee of Speakers4Schools, Commissioner for the UKCES, Trustee of Investors in People, and Trustee of Inspiring the Future.

Networking events

As always, the Forum offers a variety of excellent networking opportunities and networking events allowing delegates to connect with contacts, speakers and sponsors.
