Andrew Kelsall

Andrew is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner and a partner at Larking Gowen based in Norwich.

He has over 30 years' experience of insolvency and started his career with the Insolvency Service, becoming an Official Receiver in St Albans and then Norwich for a 14 year period.  Andrew returned to Larking Gowen in 2012, to initially develop the civil recovery side of the practice and in 2013, this led to the successful tender for live investigation work under section 447 of the Companies Act 1985.

During his time as an Official Receiver he took over 15,000 personal bankruptcy appointments and 1,500 compulsory liquidations.

Andrew has a particular interest in constructive solutions for clients and the civil recovery aspects of insolvencies and operates throughout East Anglia.

He is a member of the ACCA Insolvency Committee and Business Law Global Forum and a director of the Joint Insolvency Examination Board. 

Andrew is married with 2 daughters and outside of work his interests include watching sport, sea fishing and trying to play golf.
