Policy and Public Affairs

R3’s policy and public affairs team promotes the work and value of the insolvency profession to government, parliamentarians and key policy makers. Whether it’s proactive work such as campaigning for a stronger business rescue regime, or reactive work like responding to government consultations on insolvency issues, the team engages with stakeholders across the UK to ensure that the UK’s insolvency regime remains world class.

R3 works with its members, academics, stakeholders, and research organisations to produce policy and briefing papers, consultation submissions, research reports and host events.
