COMMITTEES MANAGER

Responsible to:   R3 Technical and education Director

Contract:   Permanent / Full Time

Salary:  £35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits

Position: Permanent (after a three month probationary period)

This varied role involves taking responsibility for two of R3’s key areas of work, the Smaller Practices Group and Regional Communications.  R3 members within smaller practices make up a significant and vital part of R3’s membership and this role involves ensuring that the smaller practice concerns are identified and addressed by R3’s press, public and technical work to ensure that R3 fully meets the needs and expectations of our members.

EVENTS MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Responsible to:   R3 Events Manager

Contract:   Permanent / Full Time

Salary:  £25,000 - £30,000

The role requires taking responsibility for the  marketing of R3’s portfolio of national and regional events, working closely with the Business Development and Marketing Executive in marketing and branding R3’s events via its portfolio of products, website and publications.
 
This varied role reports to the Events Manager and sits within the R3 Events team. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing our portfolio of national and regional courses, conferences and events to ensure increased revenue and increased delegate numbers. This unique marketing role offers the opportunity for self-development, creation of own marketing ideas and the chance to expand  skills across a multitude of marketing formats.

EVENTS ORGANISER

Responsible to:   R3 Events Manager

Contract:   Permanent / Full Time

Salary:  £25,000 - £30,000

The purpose of the Event’s Organiser is to assist the Events Manager and the wider Events team in the development of a comprehensive training and events programme throughout the UK in a timely, creative and effective manner. They will be proactive in anticipating R3 members’ training and development requirements and produce a cost effective and timely annual training programme which is relevant to R3 members’ needs.
